Guided Brainstorming™ TRIZ Facilitator

The role of GB TRIZ Facilitator requires the ability to facilitate workshops, teach and mentor others to the level of GB TRIZ Practitioner, and demonstrate the thinking skills required for proper interpretation and application of the GB TRIZ Principles.

Guided Brainstorming™ TRIZ Professional training is a prerequisite for Guided Brainstorming™ TRIZ Facilitator training.

 

This Training develops the skills necessary to:

• Apply the Guided Brainstorming™ process in a work-team environment.
• Lead and facilitate problem solving workshops.
• Conduct Guided Brainstorming™ TRIZ Practitioner training for the project team.
• Forms the basis for creating a self-sustaining, in-house capability for a culture of innovation.

 

Who Should Attend:

Carefully selected client personnel who need to:

• Lead a problem solving team;
• Facilitate Guided Brainstorming™ workshops; and
• Manage problem resolution team projects.

 

Training is conducted following an individual training plan for each participant. In addition to the training, it is necessary to observe each candidate in a live workshop environment to evaluate their abilities to facilitate and guide a team through the GB TRIZ process and build their confidence in using and applying the methodology as a team leader. Successful demonstration of these capabilities is required for certification as a Guided Brainstorming TRIZ Facilitator. 

This level of certification allows the participants to become a distributor of the GB methodology and software.
